Course outline — 2 days

Day 1 — Theory, Confined water & Open water 12m

You will receive your digital materials prior the course starts. Demonstration and training: kit setup, weight check, mask clear, regulator recovery, neutral buoyancy. Your instructor stays with you through every skill.

Two open-water dives in Komodo National Park, at a shallow site. Repeat key skills in real conditions. You’ll dive with your instructor and your group only — small and focused.

Day 2 — Theory, Confined water & Open water 12m

Two more dives, deeper, on stronger sites. Final exam at the end of the day (we do it on the boat, with the ocean still in your hair). Certification card issued digitally.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 10 (Junior Open Water until 15, full at 15+)
  • Able to swim 200m without stopping
  • Tread water for 10 minutes
  • Medical questionnaire — some conditions need doctor sign-off
