What you’ll learn

  • Oxygen administration in diving emergencies
  • AED (defibrillator) basics

How it runs

One day in our office and confined-water area. Mix of theory and practical scenarios — we’ll work through real situations with mannequins, oxygen kits, AED trainers. By the end you’re certified to act as a first responder.

Why take it

It’s the prerequisite for Stress & Rescue and Divemaster. But it’s also genuinely useful even if you never dive again. Most dive emergencies are solved by simple, well-practised first aid.
