Great diving club! We had an incredible day, a big thank you to our dive master Mike. We had the chance to attend a private show of a manta ray for 20 minutes, it was magical. The equipment is new and in excellent condition. The lunch was delicious, thanks to the cook. We leave Labuan Bajo with a head full of memories 🥰

An absolutely unique experience with Amare Dive!The boat was beautiful and super comfortable - you immediately feel at home. The dives were well organized and we had really competent dive instructors at our side who spoke English perfectly and explained everything very clearly.We were very lucky to see manta rays, healthy colorful coral reefs, turtles and even sharks!The food on board was also a real highlight: lunch was freshly prepared in an open kitchen on the boat - incredibly delicious!An unforgettable day - we can only warmly recommend Amare Dive!

Had a really lovely time diving with Amare. The team in the office and the boat were very friendly and professional. The dive briefings were some of the most comprehensive I’ve ever received, the equipment all seemed new and the boat was amazing - by far the nicest dive boat I’ve ever been on. Dive Master

What are the prerequisites?

Be a “Rescue” diver and be at least 18 years old. Have completed training in emergency first aid (primary and secondary care) in the past 24 months. Have a medical certificate clearing you for scuba diving. Have logged at least 40 dives to start the course and 60 dives to obtain certification. Please note that our price DOES NOT INCLUDE teaching materials and certification costs (2,5M IDR).

Note that although standards requires a minimum of 40 dives at the start of the course, we strongly recommend that you begin with more. The Dive Master course teaches you how to lead dives and how to organise diving activities through knowledge development sessions, exercises and practical workshops. Theory and practical workshops will cover:

The role, characteristics and duties of a Dive Master. The supervision of diving activities and student divers. Safety and risk management for divers. Conducting the activities specific to a Dive Master. The business of diving. Environmental awareness and protection of the oceans. Planning and managing dive trips. Mapping a dive site. Dive briefings. Review of rescue techniques at sea. Conducting deep dives (40m). Maintenance and use of equipment related to diving.

Why should you choose Reeflex?:

Your training lasts from 6 to 8 weeks (long course). You benefit from unlimited dives for the duration of the course! You learn how to do the full service of regulators and how to use a compressor. You go beyond the minimum level required thanks to our experienced instructors (several thousand dives and proven experience in training other Dive Masters before you!). We give you sound advice and offer you preferential rates on the equipment (which you will need to find a job)! We help you write your very first professional diving CV and advise you on how to apply for offers.
