The central region of the park is a captivating underwater ecosystem teeming with diverse marine life and stunning coral formations. This area has rich biodiversity, vibrant dive sites, and varied underwater topography. The central sites are suitable for both beginners and advanced divers.

1. Siaba Kecil
Siaba Kecil, often referred to as “Turtle City,” is a renowned dive site known for its abundant turtle population. Divers can expect to encounter green and hawksbill turtles gliding through the water, along with an array of colorful reef fish. The site features beautiful coral gardens and gentle currents, making it suitable for divers of all levels. 
2. Siaba Besar
It features a sloping reef that descends to depths of about 30 meters, making it accessible for divers of all levels.
This site is full of colorful fish, including clownfish, parrotfish, and various species of wrasse. Siaba Besar is particularly known for its resident sea turtles, which often glide gracefully through the crystal-clear waters. Macro lovers will also delight in spotting unique critters like nudibranchs and shrimp among the corals.
3. Tatawa Besar
Tatawa Besar is a popular dive site known for its colorful coral reefs and marine life. The site features a beautiful sloping reef with soft and hard corals. You can explore the rich biodiversity, including schools of fusiliers, snapper, and predatory fish. The clear waters and excellent visibility make Tatawa Besar a favorite for underwater photography.
4. Tatawa Kecil
Just a stone’s throw from Tatawa Besar, Tatawa Kecil offers a similar experience with its vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. This site is known for its lively underwater atmosphere, where schools of small fish swirl around colorful corals. Divers can also spot larger species, such as reef sharks and large groupers. The gentle currents and beautiful topography make it a fantastic site for both newbie and experienced divers.
5. Batu Bolong
Batu Bolong is a must-visit dive site that offers a unique combination of wall diving and coral gardens. The site has a small rock formation that rises above the surface which makes a shelter for an array of marine life. You can explore the steep walls with colorful corals and sponges while encountering schools of fish, turtles, and even the occasional reef sharks.
6. Karang Makassar, AKA: Manta Point
As the name suggests, Manta Point is one of the best places in the park to encounter manta rays. This dive site has a cleaning station where mantas come to be cleaned by smaller fish. The site is also rich in biodiversity, with coral reefs and marine species.
